Opening Risk Notice
Online interactive services contain objective technical uncertainties. Before engaging with this cross‑border‑oriented online service, you are advised to read through all risk notes and service‑related clauses. Your use of service functions constitutes full acceptance of this whole agreement. If you cannot agree to any part of this agreement, please discontinue service access right away.
1. Nature and scope of service
This online service supplies open‑ended interactive channels for cross‑border user‑to‑user dealings. It supports diverse practical scenarios and does not impose limits upon product or service categories. The service is independently operated. The service‑provider will endeavour to enrich available functions according to real‑world user requirements, without promising fixed function layouts for all time. The service‑provider reserves rights to carry out optimisation, remodelling and adjustment of functional modules.
2. User behavioural benchmarks
Users shall guarantee that all information they submit maintains reasonable authenticity;
Users must not utilise service functions to conduct misleading, fraudulent or other improper acts;
Users shall keep their own access credentials safe and shall not improperly transfer these credentials to other parties;
All operations generated under your access identity shall be your own responsibility.
Upon detecting or receiving valid feedback on improper user conduct, the service‑provider will try to verify related facts, and may adopt measures including warning, partial‑function restriction or full‑service termination according to how serious the situation proves to be.
3. Service operation, maintenance and revision
The service‑provider will endeavour to maintain stable running of core service modules. Routine maintenance, technical iteration and external environmental shifts may trigger temporary service anomalies. The service team will try to perform troubleshooting and recovery work once such anomalies come to light. The service‑provider holds the right to revise content within this agreement. Revised content will be presented inside service interfaces. Continued usage after updates are published means participants accept revised provisions. No rigid advance‑notification timeline shall be guaranteed for all adjustment events.
4. User‑data management & privacy‑related arrangements
User‑generated data will get stored and managed under protective technical arrangements. The service‑provider will try its best to prevent data loss, tampering or unauthorised disclosure. User‑related data will only be deployed for service‑running, risk screening and experience‑optimisation purposes. Without explicit user consent, user‑specific private material will not be handed over to unrelated external entities. Users may manage their personal‑related information within the functional boundaries provided by the service.
5. Risk‑allocation and settlement of disputes
Users acknowledge objective risks brought by network transmission differences, external system conditions and other uncontrollable factors. The service‑provider will try to apply technical and managerial means to lower risk exposure, but will not take responsibility for direct or indirect losses arising out of factors outside reasonable control. When disputes emerge from service‑usage, both sides will try to resolve matters via friendly consultation. Settlement references shall be built on actual service‑generated records and effective agreement provisions. Even if partial clauses are judged unenforceable, remaining clauses shall keep their binding force.
